WELCOME TO (mymusikpicks.com):

this blog really is the fruition of peer pressure from my friends more than anything. like my design blog, i don’t expect to generate any real interest or provide any value to the web except to say that i have ONE more website out there. a handful of friends have kept bugging me to share music off my ipod or itunes. they either want me to load their ipods up (which is a “no no”. lol) or just share new stuff i find. so here is a chance for me to post up in one location all of my “daily” picks.

let me first off make a few disclaimers:

a) in NO way do i consider myself a music aficionado or guru by any means. the songs and tracks i share on my blog are just MY personal picks (my opinions, my tastes, and my recommendations). i’ll also post a few songs shared to me by friends as well. but don’t feel the need to say “wtf does this guy think he knows?” – cause i don’t. it’s just what i like, and some want to know.

b) i don’t own or distribute the music i share, so don’t ask. i won’t send you files or the mp3′s. most of the tracks i’ll share are just links straight from youtube anyways.

c) i like to have fun; so don’t take anything i say here seriously.

d) if you’re not enjoying my picks – then by all means start your own blog

e) AND IF YOU DO by chance LIKE the picks – please comment and share your feedbacks. i’d love to get some good dialogue about shit we like!

f) feel free to send me any recommendations or stuff you like too!

g) if there are ANY BROKEN links or INVALID videos, please let me know! i’ll try to get a replacement video up asap!
